North Bay, Ontario, nestled on the shores of Lake Nipissing, is a vibrant city in
northeastern Ontario, Canada. Renowned for its natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities, North Bay offers a perfect blend of urban amenities and breathtaking landscapes. North Bay is home to several post-secondary
institutions, including Nipissing University and Canadore College, contributing to its dynamic and educated workforce. Nature enthusiasts are drawn to North Bay for its abundance of outdoor activities year-round. From boating,
fishing, and swimming in the summer to skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the winter, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in the great outdoors.

Starting with three members on Zoom in November 2020, NBPF aimed to serve the Malayalam-speaking community in North Bay. By March 2021, in-person meetings began in a basement, led by Pr. Siju John. 

The fellowship grew, moving to Greenwood Baptist Church in September 2021. By March 2026, NBPF celebrated its 5th anniversary, regularly gathering around 40 members. 

Today, the community continues to flourish, drawing people from diverse backgrounds and sharing the Gospel in North Bay, under the leadership of Br. Solomon Alexander.
